framed 2 new rooms in main floor, a 3 piece washroom and a laundry room. This area of the house was an old kitchen with 4" cast iron stack with a 1 1/4 steel vent pipe. Need to add drain for washer, floor drain, laundry sink, tub and pedestal sink, the toilet does not require venting under the new code. Will the 1/14 vent pipe be sufficient to pass code.
