I papered my kitchen ceiling recently, and i must confess it was quite hard.
I used the work surfaces to stand on, and my head as another pair of hands, thankfully it was a small kitchen.
Whilst it was an experience, it isn't one I'm going to repeat, next time some-one else can do it.
