They are only pros at getting your 60% deposit and then failed on delivery on all 5 attempts so far in three weeks. Promised to come and NEVER SHOWED UP YET!
If anybody else has experienced this please let me know. I want to take things to the next level to get my money back. Please email me ASAP.

Same thing as the other people. several no-shows over several months, without any advanced warning. We took several days off of work as well. "they will be there tomorrow". "the truck is on it's way" blah balh blah. Smiled and "yessed" us every time, but never delivered on the promises. WOULD NOT EVEN REPAIR THEIR OWN TILE WORK. "Oh we subcontracted that out and we dont use them anymore. You will have to contact them". The "subcontractors of course say it is Defacto's responsibility. We still do not have our countertop installed!!!!
