To Whom It May Concern:
Ultimaterooms.ca were the initial contact for a construction project that required excavation, forming and concrete work. They were present every morning throughout the project. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who is planning on a project of this kind.
This project was done in a very professional manner by Sydney and his crew: Errol, Jonas, Ricky and Germain.
The work was started on time, completed before schedule and the way in which they conducted themselves was excellent.

570 sq ft Basement Project
We are extremely pleased with the work done on our home by Ultimaterooms.ca Their original design ideas have transformed our basement into a cozy, comfortable and usable living space. "Great basemet renovation by Ultimate rooms We transformed 2/3 of our basement into a fabulous living space. They came in and consulted with us and helped us focus on what we really wanted to do. They had great ideas and handled everything, including putting us in touch with the people who supplied our sound system. We turned this space into a recreation and entertainment centre including a custom wall unit with wide screen tv/sound system/gas fireplace, a pool table, exercise area and even a wet bar. They finished and insulated the walls, finished the ceiling and used a raised floor so it is warm, dry and comfortable year round. Even the lighting was done by them at their recommendations and it has been great (4 zones individually controlled, one is even automatic and adjusted by the entertainment system controller). They even replaced the stairs and finished the storage space below. Their materials and workmanship were excellent and our basement is now the best space in the house."
